At Eurocircuits, we are reaching out to you because we value your partnership and expertise. We are interested in knowing if you and your colleagues may occasionally need small quantities of custom mechanical parts on short notice. If so, the services offered by Eurocircuits MECHteam may be of interest to you.
For over 35 years, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to producing prototypes and small series PCBs, along with their assembly, right here in our own European factories. With approximately 100,000 orders annually, our operations encompass a vast array of customer-specific tasks, often requiring rapid delivery of small quantities. The high-speed turnover demands a near-perfect uptime of our production machinery. To achieve this, we’ve invested in redundancy, maintaining multiple machines for each production step, and operating two factories simultaneously.
Yet, despite our best efforts, breakdowns occur – it’s an inevitable reality in the intricate production flow of PCBs and PCBA. Waiting for external suppliers isn’t an option; it would jeopardise delivery timelines for numerous orders. That’s why we have established a highly efficient in-house maintenance department, ensuring swift repairs to minimise production downtime.
However, even our maintenance team faces challenges when certain spare parts aren’t readily available. In response, we have pioneered a uniquely Eurocircuits solution: a dedicated mechanical department, operating internally for over two decades. These skilled professionals swiftly craft bespoke spare parts whenever the need arises, effectively reducing our production downtime to a minimum.
Over the years, this mechanical department, affectionately known as MECHteam, has transformed into a compact manufacturing facility, sharing the same genetic predisposition for high mix, low volume production as in our PCB and PCBA departments.
In addition to spare parts, they manufacture all 600 components of our QUADvelo, customised enclosures for select customers together with various mechanical components.
